Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
At Hazel Blossom, we take great pride in creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for every occasion. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Because flowers are a perishable and natural product, our returns and refunds policy is slightly different from that of non-perishable goods. This policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for our floral products and related items.
2. Fresh Flower Orders
All of our bouquets and arrangements are made with care and attention using fresh flowers. As such, we are unable to accept returns for fresh flower orders once they have been delivered, unless the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and, if possible, a photo of the flowers. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement arrangement or partial/full refund.
Please note that because flowers are a natural product, minor variations in colour, size, or stem variety may occur due to seasonal availability. These variations are not considered grounds for a refund or replacement, as long as the overall look and value of the bouquet are maintained.
3. Non-Perishable Items
If you have purchased a non-perishable item (for example, a vase, candle, or gift accessory), you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To arrange a return, please contact us at the email address below before sending the item back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
For same-day or next-day deliveries, we may not be able to cancel the order once preparation or dispatch has begun.
For future-dated orders, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please let us know immediately. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs showing the issue. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the issue has been confirmed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
